This Art Déco landmark — once a favourite of Saint-Laurent, Hemingway and Fitzgerald — has been a seafood paradise for 100 years.
Under its listed mosaics, we were invited to rediscover the institution over lunch and a tour of the freshly reopened rooms, redesigned by Lázaro Rosa-Violán and guided by its new owner Benjamin Patou.
