The Lespot team had the privilege of an exclusive tasting at the Hôtel de Crillon, where Butterfly Pâtisserie unveiled its Christmas pastry collection.

Guided by pastry chef Matthieu Carlin, we indulged in a feast of festive creations—but the true stars of the show were the Bûches de Noël.
Each of the three Christmas logs was a masterpiece, blending exquisite flavors with artistic presentation. From rich chocolate hazelnut to bold, exquisite lemon pies, every bite captured the essence of the holiday season.
